Georg Petel´s (1601/02–1634) spectacular Crucifixion group comprising a crucifix from the Bayerisches Nationalmuseum and his virtuoso figures of the two Thieves from the Berlin Bode-Museum are the focus of this studio-exhibition. Discover in this guided tour the significance of these gilded bronzes in Petel´s œuvre and learn about the technology employed for their casting.
